Keep HO freight trains rolling safely with the WalthersMainline International Car Company Wide Vision Caboose bringing up the rear! Introduced in the early 1960s so crews could see over the bigger and taller freight cars coming into service, these HO models are based on prototypes with a full-width cupola that ended at the edge of the car roof.

  • Protoypes in service from 1960s to 1980s – some used as shoving platforms today
  • Wide-vision style cupola with two window styles
  • Stanray overhanging diagonal panel roof
  • Thin profile, see-through running boards
  • Finely molded end ladders
  • Scale thickness end railings
  • Underbody toolbox as appropriate
  • Molded drill starter points for grab irons – easily added with Caboosze Detail Kit #910-201, sold separately
  • Barber Swingmaster roller bearing trucks with 33″ turned metal wheelset
