Attention...

We are having telephone issues here at the store and Deshler in general. If you have tried to call and can't get through and the answering machine does not pick up PLEASE contact me via e-mail, or facebook. WE NEED to know who is trying to call so we can get this issue resolved. The following is the information regarding this issue.

The issues are in receiving incoming calls both Long Distance and Cellular…the calls either don’t complete at all, you get a strange recording, it rings then disconnects or it sends me bogus caller id. My service rep says that the person making the call to us needs to call their provider & ask them to run a trace on the call. The problem is a routing issue and has to be corrected by the incoming service provider.
