The Pullman-Standard PS-2CD 4740 cubic foot covered hopper was produced between 1966 and 1972, and remains in active service today throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico. One of the most distinctive Pullman covered hoppers, this common 100-ton car is used in grain, fertilizer, and other bulk services. With more than 10,000 prototypes placed into service, the Tangent Scale Models HO-scale replica is a perfect addition to your layout or collection.

BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe in the classic “BNSF circle-cross” repaint scheme from the later 1990s – available in 6 road numbers. Tangent’s models come with the distinctive stenciling on the road name and road numbers, plus other BNSF-specific lettering such as “constant contact side bearings zero clearance normal.” These former BN cars remain in service today all over the USA, Canada, and Mexico, in concert with other BN paint PS-2CD 4740s such as our BN Cascade Green models.
