Thank you for shopping with Spring Creek Model Trains. The following terms explain how we handle shipping.

Shipment Processing Time

We process all orders within 2–3 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

High order volumes may delay processing or delivery by a few days. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Carriers, Rates, and Delivery Estimates

We ship via USPS and UPS. If you want a different carrier, contact us to place your order. Shipping costs appear at checkout and depend on the method you select and your destination.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses in the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International shipping

We ship to most international countries using USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Saver.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

When your order ships, we send a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking information. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties, and taxes

You are responsible for all customs fees, duties, or taxes on international orders. We do not cover tariffs or import taxes.

Damages

Report lost or damaged items within 5 days of delivery / expected delivery date.

Include photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can file a claim with the carrier.
